Dog Policy

You can bring your best friend to work (as long as your best friend is a dog). In fact, we encourage it! Having dogs in the office promotes a positive environment and decreases stress. They are also a lot of fun!

Your Personal Insurance

Employees who purchase their own insurance (home, auto, etc.) through Rogers are entitled to the commission, relative to the policy. Most importantly, there is no waiting period for this benefit, and coverage is obtained ‘at cost.’
